The current 3rd stage of the reconstruction of the tram depot is a continuation of the previous stages, where the depot parking capacities were extended and a new entrance to the depot and a new daily maintenance hall were built. The third stage includes a completely redesigned and expanded track harp area used for trams parking, an exit from the depot and a new gatehouse, a new loop outside the depot, modified stops and a reconstructed tram track in Hlinky Street. In the end, more than 3 km of tracks and 40 switches will be installed on the site. This project will be followed by the landscaping of the surrounding area, which is part of the construction of a new multifunctional hall, which is now being built south of the depot.
